This new take on the classic style brings a bold twist with the use of rye malt, which adds a layer of earthy spiciness to complement the naturally dry and slightly spicy character of the saison yeast. We’ve carefully selected hops for the dry hop, not only to enhance that earthiness but to also add a touch of fruitiness for balance. The result?
