WEST COAST PILSFor this timely taste of sunshine we've upped the ante by building a Pilsner base, raising the ABV to a biting 5% and layering in Citra, Mosaic and Columbus hops to create a sensual crescendo of citrus, pine, tropical fruits, slight black pepper spice and tell-tale dankness.The result is the best of both worlds - a beer with the crisp body and 'smashability' of a lager and the aromatic headiness (and bitterness) of a classic West Coast IPA.
