This "classic" West Coast Pilsner is brewed with a blend of ale and Pilsner malts, providing a clean foundation that really lets the hops shine. We used European Saphir hops during the boil, and a "Mo-Mo" combo (Mosaic + Motueka) for the dry-hop.
