Quantum is a loving blend of 4 different barrel aged meads, becoming greater than the sum of it’s parts. Featuring black currants, Montmorency cherries, Indiana apples and Concord grapes, Quantum will do a complex dance on your taste buds. Acid and tartness from the Black Currants and cherries balance with the sweetness of apple and concord, all complemented with oak tannin from barrel aging.
