This beer is a blend of oak fermented and aged mixed culture saison which was refermented on Chardonnay grape pomace from the French Creek Vineyard, as well as whole organic white and red guava. After refermentation this blend was further rested in barrel and then refermented to condition in the bottle.Bottled 5/08/2025Conditioned with: Organic sugar.Cellar: I honestly don't know, but I expect it'll cellar fine for a few years but probably best in the next six months. Drink by summer 2027?
