This Imperial Stout has been aged for 17 months in a Heaven Hill barrel. Then we blended it at one to one ratio with barleywine that was aged for 12 months in a Willet Rye barrel and an additional 32 months in a Black Button Whiskey barrel. The blend lends layers of dark chocolate covered cherries, raisins, plums, oak, and creamy vanilla.
