A dollar of each pint served in Pure taprooms will be donated to Project New Village, a local non-profit working to improve fresh food access in Southeastern San Diego as part of a broad-based movement to build social equity.The beer itself is built on a base of Admiral Pils malt with a touch of rye, and brewed with heaps of Nelson Sauvin and Southern Cross hops. Fresh aromas of passion fruit, guava and grapefruit zest waft from its murky pale body, and lead to fruity flavors redolent of white peach, strawberry and lemon. It's creamy mouthfeel, light body, and dry finish will leave a lasting imprint.
