Our sweet little Gil is brewed with Heidelberg Pilsner malt from Weyermann, the preeminent German maltster, German Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, and the noblest of German lager yeast. Like all our German beers, Gil’s Pils is brewed in reverence to traditional German brewing techniques. A complex step mash schedule and decoction provides a base wort that is fermented and lagered for almost three months before it finds its way into your glass. The result is a crisp, clean, and crushable Pils that is a perfect companion for all life’s adventures.
