Gin Barrel Aged Marion the Barbarian

We got our hands on a very unique gin barrel for this one. This barrel exhibited flavors we have never experienced in a gin before and took Marion the Barbarian to a whole new world. Notes of anise, juniper, candied orange, and sassafras from the barrel pair beautifully with the sweet blackberry and concord notes of the original mead.
