Brandy Double Tempest

This Double Tempest was aged for 6 months in Brandy barrels then conditioned on whole sour cherries and vanilla beans. Aromas of macerated pie cherries and cinnamon peak through dense cocoa and dark malts. Flavour is punch of plum jelly, chocolate covered cherries with a smooth roasted grain finish.
