Summer Vacation Sour

Clear and Golden in color. Tart, fruity aromatics with some wilder, brett character. Flavor is sour and complex. This "beer" started with our Wave Slammer wort, transferred before the kettle sour step (still contains lactobacillus) and then brettanomyces (ccyl410 Razz brettanomyces) was added to the barrels for extended brett conditioning.
