Quality honey, booze and oak melds together to create a sweet, complex concoction made for sipping.----------------------- Oloroso Odyssey (2022) -----------------------Sweet, caramelly and earthy heather honey combined with slightly oxidative notes of dried fruit. This is one for those with a sweet tooth! Some bright, toasty and nutty flavors in the middle section.
