This is a really fun collaboration saison we made with our pals at Fermentery Form. We blended some 3 year old barrel aged ale from FORM with some of our 1 year old barrel aged saison, and some very fresh young saison. The layers of ages in the blend lead to a funky and tart, but super drinkable beer, that somehow captures key parts of both of our breweries’ house character.Notes of fun brettanomyces fruit parties, freaky tamarind soda, mature attic spaces, a daydream of a fermented apple pie, and that zebra chewing gum you know we like.
