The EP series - Side B: the Seven Seas

Описание

Part of the EP limited series. Just like a record with 2 sides. Side B is a WCIPA loaded with citra and simcoe and showcases the BRY-97 yeast. Side A and Side B are the same beer with 2 different yeasts to highlight how each yeast can bring unique flavours to the same beer. This beer is inspired by the Iron Maiden song Wasted years and is a darker style WCIPA to match the band
