A bold and decadent imperial stout from Belfast’s Boundary Brewing, GIFT is a luxurious 8.4% ABV powerhouse built on a rich malt bill featuring Heidelberg Pilsner, Munich, flaked and malted oats, and indulgent chocolate and Special B malts. Deep layers of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and caramelised sweetness are enhanced by Belgian candi sugar, while Mosaic hops add a touch of bright fruitiness. Fermented with WLP001 yeast for a clean, smooth finish, GIFT is an intensely rich yet balanced stout—perfect for sipping and savoring.
