Winnow returns from a long hiatus retaining its defining quality, a thoughtful grist highlighting characterful grains from our friends Thrall Family Malt: a blend of base malts, biscuit malt, wheat, oats and flaked spelt. This time however, we’ve re-worked the dry hop to drive a new, distinctive personality for the beer - HBC 630, Simcoe, Centennial and Citra give the beer new life while staying true to what we loved in the past.
