When our new staff members joined the team at the end of summer, Rob decided that everyone should come up with a beer idea and see it through. Bia Hoi was Ryan’s go-to. It is a quick turn lager popular in Northern Vietnam. Low ABV and served over ice on street corners sounds like something that SFBC could really get into.
