The SMASH (single.malt.single.hop) Pale ale style, leaves the entire stage for the hop and allows us to be impressed by it without many distractions. We brewed this one with Sabro- initially an experimental variety that earned its name and permanent status with Yakima thanks to its massive success. Rich aroma, on a delicate herbal undertone, revealing a complex fruity profile which evolves and changes in every sip.
