Pulling our inspiration from a traditional Cascadian Dark beer we added some dark fruit sugars to give a deeper hue to the cider as well as boiling and dry hopping a blend of Cascade, Columbus, and Centenial hops. The final product has a lightly sweet hint with a bold hop character on the finish.
