At last, the second edition is here! Last time we took our first NZ Brewers Guild Gold for our Mumme in collaboration with Small Gods (Aka the Beerjerk team from Auckland!)Like the last brew, this is one not dependent on hops but on malt, spices and herbs. It's medieval but modern; classic yet ground breaking. It might trap you into a session, conversation or reflection if you dare. Bitterness, flavour and aroma bring a special experience through the magical properties of wormwood and thyme. Looking forward to seeing you on the other side!
