Two of our current favorite base beers from our barrel stock, one young and one old, were blended 1:1 and dry-hopped with locally grown Nugget and Golding from our friends at Water Valley Hops. This beer puts simplicity and restraint into practice, providing a true showcase of the raw ingredients used to produce it.Initial Palate: Citrus and stone fruit dominant, with a balancing hop bitterness and low acidity.Mid-Palate: Increased bitterness and perceived body, with continued fresh citrus notes.Finish: Dry and bitter with a low-level minerality.
