A crisp and extra pale lager with an intensely aromatic hop character derived from dry hopping with European hops. Step-mashed with a blend of Weyermann Pils and Extra Pale Premium malts. Hopped lavishly with German Spalt Select hops in the kettle and a delicate dry hop with German Saphir. Spunded for natural carbonation, lagered in horizontal tanks and filtered early to emphasize the dry hop character.
