FAST ASLEEP

Описание

This next contrast series of IPA's uses two stone cold classic hops: Simcoe and Citra. Simcoe dominates the dry hop here but with back up from Citra this IPA throws big peachy notes, followed by pink grapefruit and guava and then a hint of pine on the back end. The hot side is all Centennial, which is a more old school hop but can certainly still hang with the new crowd. In the whirlpool it contributes beautiful floral and citrus notes that compliment the cold side hopping. The platform for all this is tonnes of flaked wheat and oats bringing the fluffiness to proceedings.
