Strawberry Milkshake IPA

Milkshake IPAs (NEIPA) may not be traditional, but they are most certainly a trend, and one that has sustained few years and counting. In fact, the “category” has inspired brewers to experiment with lactose, fruit, spices, and hop additions. Our first brew was with traditional Cyprus strawberries in 2018. Milkshake IPA pours from the can/tap a rather hazy golden orange colour, leaving decent sized foamy white head. It just looks like it's going to be great and things continue to get better from there; sweet, juicy & fresh strawberry aroma fill your nose. It all smells a little bit like an alcoholic fruit smoothie with bitter end. Cheers to that!
