Roaming Spirit is deep golden in color with a bold piney flavor, a kick of citrus hoppiness, and a pronounced bitterness. Brewmaster Dan Peterson chose Talus hops, which he calls “a good team player hop,” to accompany the resinous and grapefruit-like characteristics of Chinook, Comet and Ekuanot hops.
