Custom roasted Voyager Rye provides a lovely deep burnt orange colour with a soft tan head. Used at 30% at the grain bill this rye heavy beer cuts the balance between saying goodbye to winter with dried stone fruit, soft roast and bread crust aromas; while balanced, rich, dry and silky flavour are brought into light with a snappy lager yeast and plenty of time in tank welcome the hotter summer months.
