We took the recipe for our hibernated Leinie’s ice and made it a bit “icier”. The ice beer process involves aging the beer below freezing allowing some ice crystals to form and melt back helping to further create a smooth flavor. It’s a smooth drinking lager with a warming finish, sure to keep you warm out on the ice.
