A beery take on the classic Gin cocktail. This brew is Berliner Weisse ramped up to a leg wobbling 7.2%abv combined with fresh garden mint and bucket loads of 100% pure lychee. What you get is an aroma of fresh mint, subtle malt and a whole host of lychee. The taste is sweet lychee however well balanced by the tartness of the natural beer souring, ending dangerously satisfying enticing you to go back for another.
