Leaner (Red Haven 9/29/20)

This 2021 blend is distinctively different from recent peach blends of ours due to Side Project's yeast culture. It's not necessarily more acidic, it's certainly sour, but think it's the aroma from the base beer blending well with the organic Red Haven peaches. A tasty blend for sure.
