Brewed exclusively for Smith Street Tap's big 10th anniversary with copious amounts of wild Australian banksia honey from House Of Honey in Swan Valley, WA.The goal was to create an inimitable Maibock style lager beer brewed using the best honey we could find. The result is a sublime but punchy Maibock with extra character and drinkability. This beer opens up with an abundance of bright floral notes followed by deep malt character and a long finish. At 7% abv, it drinks really smooth and is the perfect FESTBIER for Smith Street Tap's momentous anniversary.Cheers to many more good years!
