Jumping back in time for the 11th Anniversary we decided to make one of our beers of yesteryear. This is a fun hybrid of Saison/Farmhouse and Pale ale creating a nice Belgian Pale Ale. It's brewed with Pale Ale Malt, White Wheat, and CaraRed then hopped with Comet, Chinook, and NZ Cascade(subbed in for US Cascade to give a slight new take). A nice balance of both styles components with some belgian yeast character accompanying some beautiful varying citrus notes, stone fruit, subtle dankness and a nice floral note. Ending with some pleasant bitterness and a dry finish.
