Permutation 11.27

Brewed on our pilot system at Royall using from a similar base grist as Central Artery, Permutation 11.27 is fermented using an Augustiner lager yeast and brewed with multiple hot-side and whirlpool additions of Noble Hops. Generally, this will drink similarly to Central Artery but with a silkier mouthfeel and a bit more yeast expression.
