Описание

In this iteration of our experimental series, we explored a new hopping technique in an attempt to release more of those amazing hop terpene aromatics. The nose on this beer is wonderfully intense, releasing huge aromas of sweet orange citrus, nectarine, lemon-lime sprite, with complementing dark berries and bright tropics with a flavor profile to match. We also adjusted our water chemistry for a softer body, and experimented with a new cellaring process to keep more hop oils in suspension.
