Without surprise we are back at it again to showcase some of the best malt Alberta has to offer. A base of 100% @HogarthMalt floor-malted Pilsner, provides the perfect balance without any shenanigans. We chose to use a heavy-hand of Sterling hops to provide an appropriately assertive bitterness with both classic noble and modern citrus characteristics. Fermented with our favourite lager yeast under a very strict regimen creates a crisp and off-dry profile.
