Inspired by the German Gose style we made a lightly salted sour beer with local pilsner and malted wheat. We then loaded it up with simcoe, rakau, cascade, Idaho-7 cryo and nelson sauvin hop kief in the whirlpool and dry hop for a fruity, citrusy finish
