Good morning everyone!!!January is in the middle of it and we present you our new recipe for 2024.This time our small brewery welcomed to its premises in Chalandri the team of Pinios brewery and the result is a delightful, "Sour" with the addition of pomegranate, hibiscus" and 3.5% ABV.Her name is "Roa".An ancient custom of our peoplefor the feast day of Adventof the new year is "the breakingof the pomegranate" This custom initiallyit was located in the Peloponnese, although it later spread to every corner of Greece and continues to this day.The pomegranate is believed to be a native tree, meaning it was born in Greece. Some others, however, say that it came from Persia and some others that it came to us from Central Asia. The fact is, however, that the pomegranate and its fruit have been known in Greece since ancient times."Roa" is our new recipe and first for 2024, we raise a glass and wish everyone a happy and healthy new year!!!??????
