THIS BEER IS HAZY BECAUSE IT CONTAINS COCOA POWDER/PECAN FLOUR. IT IS UNFILTERED, AND WE DON'T HAVE A CENTRIFUGE. IT IS BROWN BECAUSE OF THE HAZE. Don't fear the haze. Embrace it.Some people like beer. Some people like brownies. Some people want to just want to watch the world burn and put those two things together in a harmonious blend of beer brownie. We use cocoa powder and cocoa nibs to really bring forward the chocolate flavor of this imperial stout. We then add a healthy dose of pecans, vanilla, and lactose to really give you the brownie feels.This beer is best drunk with christmas cookies while making strong eye contact with Santa.
