Brewed with Pilsner Malt from Murmuration in Bloomfield and 55lb of fresh Saaz from Schmidt Hop Farm, Added to the kettle within 2 hours of being picked from the bine. The result is a nice earthy, nutty & brightly bitter beer that showcases the local ingredients.
