Описание
Brewed at HNB in collaboration with two breweries that specialize in lagers: Shimanami Brewery in Onomichi, Hiroshima, and Kankiku Brewery in Kujukuri, Chiba. It uses rice from Aki-Takata, Hiroshima, which was grown with great care at the family home of the chef of "Tashin," a famous Japanese restaurant in Hiroshima. This rice lager is a harmony of three voices (Koe). The gentle sweetness of rice and malt and the refreshing bitterness of German hops. It goes down smoothly and has a clean, easy-to-drink taste, with a soft layer of aromas like mint and black pepper derived from the hops.
