Blend 8 is a 14.0% blend of Bourbon and Malt Whiskey barrel-aged barleywines finished in a single Louis Royer XO Cognac cask.⁣⁣Blend 8 was created from an Oatwine that was aged in Willett Bourbon barrels for 35 months that was blended with a Rye Barleywine aged in a Woodford Reserve Straight Malt Whiskey barrel for 39 months.⁣This blend was then finished in a single 500L Louis Royer XO Cognac puncheon for an additional three months. ⁣
