Grodziskie is a historical beer style, originating in Poland but rarely found outside the country. It is a low-alcohol, highly carbonated, light ale. This style of beer is defined by its use of oak-smoked wheat malt.This Grodziskie is clean and lemony with faint cracker and bready notes alongside some mild herbal hop character. We use German style or "noble" hops which impart grassy, zesty, and earthy flavours with low bitterness. Hints of smoke mingle with the subtle fruity yeast esters. Finishing crisp and refreshing, revealing a pleasant smokiness as the palate dries after your sip.
