Belgian Amber Ale. Malt forward with multiple crystal malts: for sweetness, colour, and aroma. Deep copper with garnet. Aroma of rich malt with overlays of caramel and dried fruit notes. Malty-sweet with toasted spice notes. Smooth and moreish. Named after Josh's angel, Ruby-Star. Gluten reduced.
