A mixed culture, bottle conditioned, farmhouse saison. Our second blend of Dollar Menu Pie rested on second use jubilee cherries from Northfield, Minnesota. A short contact time with these red fleshed stone fruits led to flavors and aromas of Ceylon cinnamon, spiced almonds and drippy cherry cobbler. Fermented with a mixed culture in two separate oak barrels, this ale finishes dry and refreshing, with a soft, yet full body. Bottle conditioned for lively carbonation, we used local wildflower honey from our pal James White’s fuzzy little friends. Please enjoy this ale outdoors among Spring blooms.
