Point of Origin Series: Part 3Collaboration project with Marble BreweryThis series was solely formed from a single parti-gyle collaboration brew back in December 2018 with our friends at Marble Brewery. All the beers in this series were produced from one single mash and Initially consisted of: 'Hoot' a forest fruits & coffee dark sour, 'Hoot Hoot' a black forest gateaux imperial sweet stout and after almost 6 years in barrel these two select barrel aged variants 'Hoot Hoot Hoot' aged in a single whiskey barrel and 'Hoot Hoot Hoot Hoot' in a red wine barrel.
