La Grezza, our Italian style dry-hopped pilsner, is the house beer of Grezzo. Grezzo changes their menus fairly often and to reflect this, we change the Grezza recipe as well. It is always single malt and single hop, but never tastes as simple as the recipes are.We've done Kazbek, and Premiant hop varietals, but the new batch is Mandarina Bavaria. A German hop displaying a lot of citrus aroma and flavor. Expect bright mandarin aromas, with a flowing green herbaceous finish that ends with fresh grapefruit rind. Goes excellently with food, or as an aperitif.
