Insignia Vol. 3

Описание

Insignia Vol. 3 is a full-force celebration of Nelson Sauvin hops. Why hop saturated ale? Because we dry-hopped this beer at over 6 pounds per barrel for maximum impact, making it our boldest yet! Built on a layered approach, this beer features Nelson Sauvin T90 pellets, Nelson Sauvin Cryo hops, and a potent dose of Amplifire Liquid Extract, creating a flavor profile that’s both vivid and complex. You'll get intense waves of white grape, gooseberry, lychee, and tropical citrus, with undertones of crushed grape skins and a whisper of dank diesel. Soft and pillowy with a lush, velvety mouthfeel, Insignia Vol. 3 drinks like an absolute juice bomb, and a true showcase of one of the world’s most expressive hop varieties.
