Our Aristocrat is a tribute to the classic English Barleywine-Style Ale, made with british Maris Otter malt as base to print its character among other complex flavours.It was planned to rest for couple years before getting to our friends hands, so it develops its cellar potential and reaches its peak in flavour and complexity.
