Parker Lager, inspired by our friends and legendary local summer spot, @parkerhousenj, is a true Jersey Shore Lager.Parker Lager, a 4.5% Jersey Shore Lager, is brewed with a blend of North American pilsner and New Jersey grown malt from @rabbit_hill_malthouse. It underwent our house lagering program including a multi-step infusion mash, thoughtful hopping with European noble hop varieties, and natural carbonation to make for a clean lager with remarkable drinkability.Parker Lager pours a light golden straw color with a dry and clean profile showcasing a pleasant cracker note that finishes extremely clean and refreshing.
