Hop exploration next takes us to continental Europe, with a combination of two French-grown hops: Barbe Rouge and Mistral. When combined with French malts, these two create a fruity, resinous IPA with a bready backbone. The finished beer has herbal notes on the nose, with additional flavors of candied orange and strawberry.
