Molo Abbey, Abbey Wheat Beer

This wheat beer is brewed with traditional Belgian techniques, yeast, and process. We use coriander and cumin in the boil to add a touch of balanced flavor. We also use a touch of orange peel in the boil to give it a fresh, fruity aftertaste. The Belgian wheat malts give this beer a nice frothy foam, which is supported by a high carbonation (compared to our other beers).
